Productivity integration

monday.com integration for AI workflows.

Push leads, jobs and requests onto monday.com boards and keep their status in sync.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to monday.com by signing in to monday.com; workflows can create an item, update column values and post an update and more, and start from new item on board. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

What you can do

Adds an item (row) to a board, optionally in a group with column values.

  • Update column values

Changes one or more columns of an item (status, date, people, text…).

  • Post an update

Posts an update (comment) on an item. Basic HTML works.

Finds items on a board whose column equals a value (e.g. the Email column).

  • If monday.com says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ

monday.com questions, answered.

Where do I find a column id?

On the board, open the column's menu → Settings → copy the column id (e.g. “status”, “date4”).

How quickly does “New item on board” fire?

It checks the board on your plan's schedule interval (at most every 2 minutes, to stay within monday.com's query budget).

Is the monday.com integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use monday.com on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If monday.com revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call monday.com endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if monday.com has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
