Logistics integration
Tai TMS integration for AI workflows.
Beta — requires your Tai API access. Book shipments, post tracking updates and look up carriers in Tai TMS.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to Tai TMS with an API key or credentials you provide; workflows can book a shipment (JSON), get a shipment and update shipment tracking and more. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

How to connect
Connect Tai TMS in a minute.
Connects with an API key or credentials, tested before they're saved and encrypted at rest.
- In Tai, a Site Admin creates an API key: LSP → Public Authentication Keys → Add (pick the organization and staff member).
- In Fluxo Flow open Settings → Integrations → Tai TMS, pick Production or Test and paste the key.
- Use the Tai actions in a workflow — e.g. update tracking from a carrier's status email.
What you need on the Tai TMS side
- API access on your Tai TMS account (Tai issues API credentials to customers).
Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Limits and timing
- If Tai TMS says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
- Booking shipments and truckload quotes take the request bodies from Tai's API reference.
FAQ
Tai TMS questions, answered.
Is there a trigger for new shipments?
Not yet. Tai's API has no “changed since” list for shipments, and Tai's webhooks aren't signed, so we can't verify them safely. Use a scheduled workflow with “Get a shipment” for now.
My Tai address is <company>.taicloud.net — does that work?
The connector uses Tai's documented API host (www.taicloud.net) with your key; the key identifies your company. If Tai support tells you to use your company host instead, contact us.
Is the Tai TMS integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use Tai TMS on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
Can I call Tai TMS endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if Tai TMS has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
