Logistics integration
Truckstop integration for AI workflows.
Beta — requires your Truckstop API access. Post and update loads and pull Rate Insights estimates from your workflows.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to Truckstop with an API key or credentials you provide; workflows can post a load, update a load (JSON) and search my posted loads and more. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

Search my posted loads

How to connect
Connect Truckstop in a minute.
Connects with an API key or credentials, tested before they're saved and encrypted at rest.
- Request Truckstop API access (developer.truckstop.com → Getting test credentials); Truckstop issues a client ID/secret for your integration.
- In Fluxo Flow open Settings → Integrations → Truckstop and enter the client ID/secret and your Truckstop username/password.
- Use “Post a load” or “Get a Rate Insights estimate” in a workflow.
What you need on the Truckstop side
- Truckstop API access: request credentials through Truckstop's developer program; Truckstop issues a client ID and secret for your integration, used with your Truckstop username and password.
Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Limits and timing
- If Truckstop says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
- Load-board search and truck posting are SOAP-only at Truckstop and aren't covered; the connector uses Truckstop's REST load management and Rate Insights APIs.
- Rate estimates come back exactly as Truckstop returns them; map the fields you need in the next step.

FAQ
Truckstop questions, answered.
Can it search the Truckstop load board or post trucks?
Not yet. Truckstop offers load-board search and truck search/posting only as SOAP web services; this connector covers Truckstop's REST APIs (load management and Rate Insights).
What does the rate estimate return?
The response exactly as Truckstop returns it — Truckstop doesn't publish the response fields, so map what you need in the next step.
Is the Truckstop integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use Truckstop on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
Can I call Truckstop endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if Truckstop has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
