Reporting template

Weekly sales KPI report from HubSpot

Every Friday, pull deals from HubSpot, have AI write the pipeline and win summary, and send it to leadership and Slack.

  • Runs on a schedule
  • 1 AI step
  • For sales teams, founders

What it does

The whole workflow, at a glance.

Stop building the Friday report by hand. Every week the workflow pulls your HubSpot deals, AI summarizes open pipeline, wins, stalled deals and next week's focus, and the summary goes to leadership by email and to your sales channel in Slack.

Apps and AI

What it connects to.

Apps

Swap any of them for another app: connect it in Settings → Integrations, or call its API with an HTTP step and a key from the credential vault.

AI on your own key

Works with any of the 14 providers you can connect. AI steps use your provider's default model until you pick another, and you pay your provider directly, at cost.

  • Anthropic
  • Google Gemini

  • Groq
  • xAI

Setup checklist

Before you switch it on.

The canvas highlights anything still missing, and Dry Run works before any of this is done.

  1. Save a HubSpot private app token (with deals read access) as a Bearer credential and pick it in “Fetch HubSpot deals”.
  2. Connect an AI provider in Settings → AI Providers.
  3. Set your leadership address in “Email leadership”.
  4. Connect Slack and pick the connection and channel in “Post to Slack”.
  5. Set the schedule's time zone, then activate the schedule.

FAQ

Questions about this template.

What if I have more than 100 deals?

Filter the request (for example with HubSpot's search endpoint by close date) so the AI gets this week's deals only.

Is it free to try?

Yes. Create a free account with no credit card and the template opens in your canvas. Build and Dry Run it free; run it live on any paid plan from $39/mo.

Which AI model does it use?

Whichever provider you connect. The AI step uses the default model of your connected provider (any of 14, on your own key), and you can pick a different model for each step.

Can I test it before it touches real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated AI and app calls, so you can see the path it takes before you activate the trigger.
