The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “New customers have to repeat everything they told sales at the kickoff call.”
- “Promises made in the sale never reach the people delivering the work.”
- “Delivery finds out a deal closed days later, by accident.”
What you get with the agent
- Starts when a HubSpot deal reaches your Closed won stage.
- Reads the deal, its contacts and its company from HubSpot.
- A kickoff brief with what was sold, stakeholders, commitments quoted from the record, gaps to confirm and first steps.
- The brief created as a page in your Notion onboarding database.
- Your delivery team alerted in Slack with a summary and the link.
Before
Sales closes a deal on Tuesday. Delivery hears about it Thursday, books a kickoff, and asks the client the same questions sales already asked, including the launch date they were promised.
After
Within the hour, delivery has a Notion brief with scope, the people involved, the discount and launch date quoted from the deal, and a list of what to confirm. Kickoff starts from where sales left off.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
When a HubSpot deal enters your Closed won stage, the agent reads the deal (description, next step, amount, dates), its associated contacts and its company. AI writes the kickoff brief: what was sold, the stakeholders, the commitments recorded in the sale (quoted), the gaps the delivery team must confirm and the first steps, using only what HubSpot contains. The brief is created as a page in your Notion onboarding database and your delivery team gets a Slack alert with the link. It doesn't read HubSpot notes or emails, so the brief is only as good as the deal record.

FAQ
Questions about Closed-Won Handoff.
How good will the brief be?
It's only as good as your HubSpot deal record. It reads deal, contact and company properties (including description and next step) but not notes, emails or call recordings. Gaps it can't fill are listed for delivery to confirm.
Will it contact my customer or change the deal?
No. It writes the brief and alerts your team; it doesn't contact the customer, change the deal or create projects, tasks or invoices.
Which apps do I need?
HubSpot, Notion (with an onboarding database) and Slack. Setup takes about 20 minutes. Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM versions are also in the marketplace. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.
Is it worth the price?
It's a one-time purchase that never renews. One kickoff that starts on the right foot, without a forgotten promise, is worth more.
Where does the brief's content come from?
Only from HubSpot: the deal's fields (including its description and next step), its associated contacts and company. The fuller the deal record, the better the brief.
Does it read HubSpot notes or emails?
No. It reads deal, contact and company properties; anything only written in notes or emails won't be in the brief.
Is this a subscription?
No. Closed-Won Handoff is a one-time purchase of $89 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
