Sound familiar?
The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Form responses pile up in a spreadsheet nobody watches.”
- “Requests go to the wrong person, or to nobody at all.”
- “People email again asking if we got their form.”
What you get with the agent
- Starts from each new row in your form's response sheet in Google Sheets, so it works with Google Forms and any form that writes to a sheet.
- Answers cleaned up and classified with your own categories and priority rules.
- Every response filed as a page in your Notion intake database.
- An alert posted to the Slack channel your routing rules give for that category.
- A confirmation email describing only the next steps you define, approved first by default.
Before
A quote request sits in the response sheet over the weekend. On Tuesday the person emails asking if anyone saw it, and you forward it to the right team with an apology.
After
The response is in Notion and in #quotes within minutes, tagged with category and priority, and the person has a confirmation explaining what happens next.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Starts from each new row in your form's response sheet in Google Sheets, so it works with Google Forms and any form tool that writes to a sheet. AI cleans up the answers and picks the category, priority and Slack channel from the routing rules you write. The response is filed as a page in your Notion intake database, posted to the right Slack channel, and the person gets a confirmation email that only describes the next steps you define. Confirmations wait for approval by default; switch review off and only complaints or unclear responses are held. Rows already in the sheet and file uploads aren't processed.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1New form responseStarts a run for each row added to your form's response sheet in Google Sheets (Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform… any form that writes to a sheet).
- Step 2Structure and classify the responseAI cleans up the answers, picks the category, priority and Slack channel from your routing rules, and drafts the confirmation email.
- Step 3File it in NotionCreates a page in your intake database with the summary, category, priority and every answer.
- Step 4Alert the right Slack channelPosts the response to the channel your routing rules give for its category.
- Step 5FiledThe run history keeps the structured response and the Notion link.
- Step 6Send the confirmation how?No email address: no confirmation. Routine responses (with review switched off): sent at once. Everything else: approved first.
- Step 7No confirmationThe response had no email address, so no confirmation is sent.
- Step 8Approve the confirmationA teammate checks the confirmation email in Reviews, edits it if needed and approves it to send.
- Step 9Email the confirmationEmails the confirmation to the person from your workspace's sender, with replies going to your team inbox.
- Step 10ConfirmedThe run history keeps the confirmation that was sent.
Example run
What goes in, and what comes out.
Example with fictional data
Comes in
New Google Form row from a fictional homeowner: needs a quote for a backyard redesign, about 1,200 sq ft, wants a patio and drip irrigation before spring.
The agent produces
Categorized Quote request, priority Normal. Notion page created, alert posted to #quotes, confirmation drafted saying a designer will reply within 2 business days (your next steps), waiting for approval.

FAQ
Questions about Form Intake Processor.
Will it promise people things we can't do?
The confirmation only describes the next steps you write. By default every confirmation waits for your approval; switch review off and only complaints and unclear responses are held.
Does it work with my form tool?
Yes, as long as responses land in a Google Sheet: Google Forms, Typeform, Jotform, Tally and others via their Sheets integration. It reads new rows after activation and doesn't read file uploads.
How long is setup?
About 20 minutes with Google Sheets, Notion and Slack connected. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.
Is it worth the price?
It's a one-time purchase that never renews. Compare it with someone watching the sheet and forwarding every response by hand.
Which form tools work?
Any form that writes responses to a Google Sheet: Google Forms (linked response sheet), Typeform, Jotform, Tally and others via their Sheets integration.
Can it send confirmations without review?
Yes. Change “REVIEW EVERY CONFIRMATION: yes” to “no” in the AI step: routine responses are then confirmed at once, while complaints and unclear ones still wait for approval.
Is this a subscription?
No. Form Intake Processor is a one-time purchase of $69 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
