Spreadsheets & databases integration

Airtable integration for AI workflows.

Log leads, loads, jobs and applicants to Airtable, and react when records change.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to Airtable by signing in to Airtable; workflows can create a record, update a record and find records and more, and start from new record and new or updated record. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

What you can do

Actions and triggers for Airtable.

Actions

  • Create a record

Adds a record (row) to a table.

  • Update a record

Changes some fields of a record (fields you don't list stay as they are).

  • Find records

Lists records matching an Airtable formula (e.g. {Email} = 'ada@example.com').

  • Get a record

    Reads one record by id.

Triggers

  • New record (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run for each record added to a table. Checked on your plan's schedule interval.

  • New or updated record (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run each time a record is added or edited. Needs a “Last modified time” field in the table. Checked on your plan's schedule interval.

How to connect

Connect Airtable in a minute.

Connects by signing in to Airtable. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Airtable.
  2. Sign in to Airtable and pick the bases (or workspaces) Fluxo Flow may use.
  3. To use more bases later, reconnect and add them.

Permissions & limits

What it can access, and how fast it runs.

Permissions requested

  • Read records (find, get, triggers)

    data.records:read

  • Create and update records

    data.records:write

  • Pick bases and tables from a list

    schema.bases:read

  • Show which account is connected

    user.email:read

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • Calls to Airtable are paced at up to 5 per second.
  • If Airtable says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ

Airtable questions, answered.

Why don't I see my base?

Airtable only shares the bases you pick when connecting. Reconnect Airtable and add the base.

How does the updated-record trigger know what changed?

It reads a “Last modified time” field in your table. Add one (you can limit it to the fields you care about) and enter its name in the trigger.

How quickly do the triggers fire?

They check the table on your plan's schedule interval (every minute on the highest plans).

Is the Airtable integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use Airtable on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Airtable revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call Airtable endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if Airtable has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
