Productivity integration

ClickUp integration for AI workflows.

Create ClickUp tasks from leads, forms and emails, and react the moment new tasks appear.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to ClickUp by signing in to ClickUp; workflows can create a task, update a task and add a comment and more, and start from new task in List (instant) and new task in List. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

What you can do

Actions and triggers for ClickUp.

Actions

  • Create a task

Creates a task in a List with status, priority, dates, assignees and tags.

  • Update a task

Changes a task's name, description, status, priority or dates (blank fields don't change).

  • Add a comment

Posts a comment on a task.

  • Get a task

Reads a task's details (status, assignees, dates, custom fields).

Triggers

  • New task in List (instant) (instant webhook)

Starts a run within seconds when a task is created in a List (ClickUp webhook). The run gets the task id — add “Get a task” for its details.

  • New task in List (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run for each task created in a List, with its details. Checked on your plan's schedule interval.

How to connect

Connect ClickUp in a minute.

Connects by signing in to ClickUp. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on ClickUp.
  2. Sign in to ClickUp and select the Workspace(s) Fluxo Flow may use.

Permissions & limits

What it can access, and how fast it runs.

Permissions requested

  • Everything: ClickUp OAuth has no scopes; access covers the Workspaces the user selects when connecting

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • Instant triggers arrive by webhook within seconds of the event.
  • If ClickUp says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ

ClickUp questions, answered.

Why isn't my List in the picker?

The picker shows Lists inside folders. For a List that isn't in a folder, paste its id (the number after /li/ in the List's link).

Instant or polling trigger?

“New task in List (instant)” uses a ClickUp webhook and fires within seconds with the task id. “New task in List” checks on your schedule and includes the task's details.

Is the ClickUp integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use ClickUp on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If ClickUp revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call ClickUp endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if ClickUp has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
