Field services integration
Jobber integration for AI workflows.
Beta — requires your Jobber API access. Turn leads into Jobber clients and requests, and react to new clients, requests and jobs.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to Jobber by signing in to Jobber; workflows can create a client, find clients and create a request, and start from new client, new request and new job. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

How to connect
Connect Jobber in a minute.
Connects by signing in to Jobber. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.
- Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on Jobber.
- Sign in to Jobber and approve access for your account.
- Use “Create a client” or “Create a request” in a workflow, or start one from a new client, request or job.
What you need on the Jobber side
- A Jobber account whose admin can approve app access.
Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Permissions requested
Clients (create, find, new-client trigger) — set on the Jobber app in the Developer Center
Clients: read, Clients: write
Requests (create, new-request trigger)
Requests: read, Requests: write
Jobs (new-job trigger)
Jobs: read
Limits and timing
- Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
- Jobber triggers check at most every 5 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect Jobber's limits.
- If Jobber says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.
- Creating jobs and quotes isn't supported yet (they need a property and line items).

FAQ
Jobber questions, answered.
Are the triggers instant?
They check Jobber on your plan's schedule (5 minutes at the fastest). Jobber's webhooks are configured per app, not per workflow, so they aren't used yet.
Can it create jobs and quotes?
Not yet — Jobber jobs and quotes need a property and line items; that's coming after real-account testing.
Is the Jobber integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use Jobber on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
What happens if the connection expires?
Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Jobber revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.
Can I call Jobber endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if Jobber has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
