Calendar integration
Outlook Calendar integration for AI workflows.
Schedule jobs, interviews and pickups in Outlook calendars — with Teams links when you need them.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to Outlook Calendar by signing in to Microsoft 365; workflows can create an event, update an event and delete an event and more, and start from new event. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.
What you can do
Actions and triggers for Outlook Calendar.
Actions
Create an event
Adds an event to a calendar and invites the attendees.
Update an event
Changes the fields you fill in; everything else stays as it is. Attendees get an update.
Delete an event
Deletes an event from the calendar. For meetings you organise, Outlook sends cancellations.
Find events
Lists the events (including each occurrence of recurring events) between two dates.
Triggers
New event (checked on your plan's schedule interval)
Starts a run for each event created in a calendar after the workflow is turned on (checked on your plan's schedule interval). A recurring series starts one run.

Limits and timing
- Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
- If Outlook Calendar says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ
Outlook Calendar questions, answered.
Which time zone are events created in?
Times with an offset (2025-06-03T09:00:00-05:00) are saved in UTC and shown in each person's own time zone. Plain times use the Time zone you enter (UTC if empty).
Can it add a Teams meeting?
Yes, for work/school accounts whose organisation uses Teams. Personal accounts can't create Teams meetings this way.
Is the Outlook Calendar integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use Outlook Calendar on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
What happens if the connection expires?
Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Outlook Calendar revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.
Can I call Outlook Calendar endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if Outlook Calendar has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
