How to connect

  2. Pick your data center: the domain you see when signed in to Zoho (zoho.com, zoho.eu, zoho.in, zoho.com.au, zoho.jp, zohocloud.ca or zoho.sa).
  3. Sign in to Zoho and accept the permissions.

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • Zoho CRM triggers check at most every 2 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect Zoho CRM's limits.
  • If Zoho CRM says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

Which data center am I in?

Look at your browser's address bar when you're in Zoho CRM: crm.zoho.eu means Europe, crm.zoho.in India, and so on. crm.zoho.com is the United States.

Do Zoho workflow rules still run?

Yes. Records created or updated here trigger your Zoho workflow, approval and blueprint rules, just like records created in Zoho.

How fast do the triggers fire?

They check Zoho CRM on your plan's schedule interval (at least every 2 minutes). Each check uses Zoho API credits.

Is the Zoho CRM integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use Zoho CRM on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Zoho CRM revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call Zoho CRM endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if Zoho CRM has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
