Messaging integration
Microsoft Teams integration for AI workflows.
Notify your team in Microsoft Teams when loads move, leads arrive or jobs are booked.
In short
Fluxo Flow connects to Microsoft Teams by signing in to Microsoft 365; workflows can send a channel message, reply to a channel message and send a chat message. The integration is in beta.
Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

Permissions & limits
What it can access, and how fast it runs.
Permissions requested
List your teams and channels in the pickers
Team.ReadBasic.All, Channel.ReadBasic.All
Post channel messages and replies
ChannelMessage.Send
List your chats and send chat messages
Chat.ReadBasic, ChatMessage.Send

FAQ
Microsoft Teams questions, answered.
Who do messages come from?
From the connected person's Teams account (not a bot). Connect a shared account if you don't want messages to come from a person.
Can a workflow start from a new Teams message?
Not yet. Reading channel messages needs a Microsoft permission that every customer's IT admin would have to approve, so it isn't requested today.
Does it work with personal Microsoft accounts?
No — Microsoft only offers Teams' API for work and school accounts.
Is the Microsoft Teams integration finished?
It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.
Can I use Microsoft Teams on the Free plan?
You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.
What happens if the connection expires?
Access tokens are renewed automatically. If Microsoft Teams revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.
Can I call Microsoft Teams endpoints the integration doesn't cover?
Yes, if Microsoft Teams has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.
Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?
Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
