The job, before and after this agent.
What it feels like today
- “Someone spends Friday afternoon pulling together the weekly update.”
- “Quiet contributors never get their shout-out.”
- “Remote teams don't hear what the rest of the company achieved.”
What you get with the agent
- The week's wins gathered from HubSpot closed-won deals, Notion work marked done, your shout-outs sheet and your #wins Slack channel.
- A short, warm roundup: the numbers, the top 3 stories and shout-outs by name.
- A customer quote copied word for word only when one was actually posted; it never writes one.
- A manager approves and can edit before anything is sent.
- Posted to your company Slack channel and emailed to your all-staff address.
Before
At 3pm Friday the ops lead is scrolling HubSpot, Notion and three Slack channels to write the weekly update, and still forgets the designer who shipped the new onboarding flow.
After
At 3pm a draft roundup with deals won, projects shipped and every shout-out is waiting for the manager. One read, a small edit, approve, and it's in Slack and everyone's inbox.
How it works
The whole workflow, step by step.
Every Friday afternoon the agent collects the week's wins from four places: deals closed-won in HubSpot, projects or tasks marked done in Notion, your shout-outs sheet (for example from a Google Form) and the last 7 days of your #wins Slack channel. AI writes a short, warm roundup with the numbers, the top 3 stories, shout-outs by name and a customer quote copied word for word when there is one. A manager approves (and can edit) it, then it's posted to your company Slack channel and emailed to your all-staff address. It uses only those four sources, never invents a win or a quote, and shows deal amounts only if you allow it.

This is the workflow that opens in your workspace when you set the agent up. Every step can be edited.
- Step 1Every Friday at 15:00Runs every Friday afternoon. Set your time zone on the trigger.
- Step 2Work out this week's datesIn code, not AI: today in your time zone and the start of the 7-day window (for the HubSpot search).
- Step 3Find deals closed this weekSearches HubSpot for deals with a close date in the last 7 days (up to 100); the roundup keeps only your closed-won stages.
- Step 4Read work finished this weekQueries your Notion projects or tasks database for pages edited in the past week (up to 100); the roundup keeps the ones marked done.
- Step 5Read the shout-outsReads your shout-outs sheet (e.g. from a Google Form: who, for what, from whom, when).
- Step 6Keep this week's shout-outsIn code, not AI: keeps only the shout-outs dated in the last 7 days (the form's Timestamp or a Date column). Change the window here (within.min).
- Step 7Read the #wins channelReads the last 7 days of your #wins channel in Slack (up to 200 messages).
- Step 8Write the roundupAI writes a short, warm roundup: the week's numbers, the top 3 stories, shout-outs by name and a customer quote — only from the four sources.
- Step 9Check the mathAdds up the won deals' amounts in code — not by AI — writes the total into the Slack post and email, and flags it for the manager when the AI's total was wrong.
- Step 10Approve the roundupThe manager reads the roundup in Reviews, edits it if needed and approves it to post and email. Reject to send nothing this week.
- Step 11Post to SlackPosts the approved roundup to your company channel, e.g. #general.
- Step 12Email all staffEmails the approved roundup to your all-staff address.
- Step 13Roundup sentThe run history keeps the sources, the roundup and what was posted.

Example with fictional data
Comes in
Fictional week at Brightpath Software: 3 HubSpot deals won, 5 Notion projects done, 4 shout-outs in the sheet, 9 posts in #wins including a customer's thank-you message.
The agent produces
Roundup: “3 new customers, 5 projects shipped,” top 3 stories, 6 named shout-outs and the customer's message quoted exactly. Waiting for manager approval, then posted to #general and emailed to all staff.

FAQ
Questions about Friday Wins Roundup.
Will it make things up?
No. It uses only those four sources, never invents a win, number or quote, and shows deal amounts only if you allow it. A manager approves every roundup before it's sent.
Which apps does it need?
HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets and Slack (with the app invited to #wins), plus an all-staff email address. Setup takes about 20 minutes.
What if our wins live somewhere else?
Wins outside those four sources aren't included. Most teams route them in through the shout-outs sheet, for example from a Google Form.
Is it worth the price?
It's a one-time purchase that never renews. To run it live you need a paid plan and your own AI provider key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and others), added in Settings. Dry Run on sample data is free, so you can see real output before you commit.
Which deals count?
Deals with a close date in the last 7 days whose stage is one of the closed-won stage ids you list (usually “closedwon”). Up to 100 per week.
Does it read the whole #wins channel?
The last 7 days, up to 200 top-level messages (thread replies aren't included). Invite the app to the channel first: /invite @Fluxo Flow.
Where does the customer quote come from?
Only a quote someone posted in #wins or a shout-out, copied word for word. If there isn't one, the roundup has no quote; it never writes one.
Is this a subscription?
No. Friday Wins Roundup is a one-time purchase of $79 per workspace and never renews. The Enterprise plan includes it at no extra cost. Running it live needs a paid plan (from Basic ($39/mo)), and your AI provider bills you directly for usage.
Can I test it before it touches real data?
Yes. Once it's set up in your workspace, Dry Run plays every step on sample data with simulated AI and app calls: nothing is sent and nothing in your apps changes. Switch the trigger on only when you're happy.
