In short

Fluxo Flow connects to DocuSign by signing in to DocuSign; workflows can send an envelope from a template, get envelope status and list envelope documents and more, and start from envelope completed. The integration is in beta.

Actions

  • Send an envelope from a template

    Sends a template for signature to a signer (and optional CC), filling the template's roles.

  • Get envelope status

    Reads an envelope's status (sent, delivered, completed, declined, voided) and key dates.

  • List envelope documents

    Lists an envelope's documents (ids, names, DocuSign API paths). DocuSign has no public download link for signed documents; recipients get the PDF by email and you can open it in DocuSign.

  • Void an envelope

    Cancels a sent envelope that isn't completed yet; recipients are told why.

    Starts a run when an envelope is fully signed. Checked every 15 minutes (DocuSign's polling rule).

How to connect

Connect DocuSign in a minute.

Connects by signing in to DocuSign. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.

  1. In DocuSign, note your data center under Settings → Apps and Keys → Account Base URI (e.g. na3.docusign.net).
  2. Open Settings → Integrations in Fluxo Flow, click Connect on DocuSign and pick that data center.
  3. Sign in to DocuSign and allow Fluxo Flow.

Limits and timing

  • Polling triggers are checked on your plan's schedule interval: Basic every 15 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, Business every 2 minutes, Elite every minute.
  • DocuSign triggers check at most every 15 minutes, whatever your plan, to respect DocuSign's limits.
  • If DocuSign says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

DocuSign questions, answered.

Which DocuSign account is used if I have several?

The first account DocuSign lists for your user (usually your default). Connect again with another DocuSign user to use a different account.

Why does the completed-envelope trigger check only every 15 minutes?

DocuSign's API rules forbid polling more often. Instant notifications (DocuSign Connect) are configured account-wide by a DocuSign admin.

Can I get the signed PDF?

Not as a file in the workflow yet. “List envelope documents” returns each document's id and DocuSign path; DocuSign doesn't offer public download links, so open the envelope in DocuSign (signers and CCs also get the signed PDF by email).

Is the DocuSign integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use DocuSign on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If DocuSign revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call DocuSign endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if DocuSign has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
