CRM & sales integration

GoHighLevel integration for AI workflows.

Run your GoHighLevel sub-account from any workflow: contacts, tags, workflows, opportunities, bookings and SMS.

Beta

In short

Fluxo Flow connects to GoHighLevel by signing in to GoHighLevel; workflows can create or update a contact, update a contact and find a contact and more, and start from new contact and opportunity status changed. The integration is in beta.

Beta means it works but hasn't been tested against every account setup yet; actions and fields may still change. Found a problem? Tell us.

What you can do

Actions and triggers for GoHighLevel.

Actions

  • Create or update a contact

Creates a contact, or updates the one with the same email or phone (following the sub-account's duplicate-contact setting).

  • Update a contact

Updates a contact by id (fields left empty are unchanged).

  • Find a contact

Looks up a contact by email or phone (exact match).

  • Add tags to a contact

Adds tags to a contact (tags that trigger GoHighLevel automations fire as usual).

  • Add a contact to a workflow

Enrolls a contact in one of the sub-account's GoHighLevel workflows.

  • Create an opportunity

Creates an opportunity for a contact in a pipeline stage.

  • Update an opportunity's status

Marks an opportunity open, won, lost or abandoned.

  • Book an appointment

Books an appointment on a GoHighLevel calendar for a contact.

  • Send an SMS or email

Sends an SMS or email to a contact through the sub-account's conversations (uses its phone number / email settings).

Triggers

  • New contact (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run for each contact added to the sub-account (checks the 100 newest contacts each time).

  • Opportunity status changed (checked on your plan's schedule interval)

Starts a run when an opportunity becomes open, won, lost or abandoned (checks the 100 most recent opportunities each time).

How to connect

Connect GoHighLevel in a minute.

Connects by signing in to GoHighLevel. Tokens are encrypted and renewed automatically.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect on GoHighLevel.
  2. Sign in to GoHighLevel and pick the sub-account (location) to connect. Agencies connect each sub-account separately.
  3. Use “Create or update a contact”, “Book an appointment” or “Send an SMS or email” in a workflow, or start one from “New contact”.

  • Calls to GoHighLevel are paced at up to 10 per second.
  • If GoHighLevel says to slow down (HTTP 429 or 503), requests wait as told and retry a limited number of times.

FAQ

GoHighLevel questions, answered.

Does this work for agency accounts?

Each connection is one sub-account (location). Agencies connect every sub-account they want to automate; each one shows up separately in Settings → Integrations.

How fast do the triggers fire?

They check GoHighLevel on your plan's schedule interval (at least every 2 minutes) and look at the newest 100 contacts or opportunities each time. GoHighLevel's own webhooks are set per marketplace app, not per workflow, so they aren't used yet.

Will SMS cost anything?

Messages go out through your sub-account's phone number and are billed by GoHighLevel / LC Phone as usual.

Is the GoHighLevel integration finished?

It's in beta: it works, but it hasn't been tested against every account setup yet. Tell us if something doesn't behave as expected.

Can I use GoHighLevel on the Free plan?

You can connect it, build with it and Dry Run on the Free plan. Running workflows live (triggers, schedules, webhooks) needs a paid plan.

What happens if the connection expires?

Access tokens are renewed automatically. If GoHighLevel revokes access (for example, the person who connected it leaves), steps that use the connection fail and show the error in the run trace; reconnect in Settings → Integrations.

Can I call GoHighLevel endpoints the integration doesn't cover?

Yes, if GoHighLevel has an API: save a key in the encrypted credential vault and call it with an HTTP Request step.

Can I test a workflow without touching my real data?

Yes. Dry Run walks through every step with simulated app calls, so nothing is sent until you run it for real or activate its trigger.
